Sizing and cost

Void fill is there to stop the product moving rather than to fill space for its own sake. Two thirds of the damage we see in returned parcels is a product that moved rather than a parcel that was crushed. Paper is heavier than air cushions and cheaper than loose fill for most benches, and the right answer depends on how many parcels an hour you pack. Packaging is a reportable waste stream for businesses over the thresholds in the extended producer responsibility rules, and the data is easier to collect if your packaging is simple. Paper void fill and paper tape are recyclable in the household stream; bubble wrap and poly mailers are not in most areas. We state the recyclability plainly rather than printing a leaf on the label. Machines are worth it at volume rather than in principle. Below about thirty parcels a day a roll and a dispenser is cheaper and takes no floor space.

Which quantity to buy

Delivered is delivered to your door. We sell despatch consumables by what they actually cost per parcel rather than by the price on the box, and every listing states the size the quantity and the cost per unit. If a smaller box would ship your product cheaper we would rather tell you than sell you the one you already order.
