Pallets, over 30kg
Cases, pallet quantities, trolleys, benches and machines usually weigh over 30kg. These go by pallet with a tail lift, to the kerbside or a ground floor loading area. The pallet charge applies even when the rest of the order qualifies for free delivery.

We call you to book pallet deliveries in. Please tell us about access limits, such as no tail lift space, a height barrier or a narrow street, before we book.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If a pallet or box is damaged, note it on the driver's paperwork and email us photos as soon as you can.
